The organizers have reserved a block of rooms at the Intercontinental Suites Hotel at a discounted rate of $109 per night. There will be a free morning and evening shuttle
between the hotel and campus. (The hotel is 1.2 miles from campus, so within walking distance for those who enjoy a brisk constitutional.) To receive the discounted rate, call the Hotel's Reservations Department at 216-707-4000 or 1-877-707-8999. Tell the agent that you will be attending the Conceptual Structure, Discourse, & Language conference with the CASE School of Arts & Sciences. The confirmation code is X93.
Please note that you want the Intercontinental Suites Hotel to get the conference rate--Intercontinental is a large hotel group, and they own more than one hotel in the area, so you'll want to specify that it's the Intercontinental Suites you want.

The Glidden Inn is very close and pleasant, but expensive. The Alcazar Inn is rather far and...is not recommended. The University Circle Bed & Breakfast is pleasant. You will see a couple of links to pages about on-campus housing options. The organizers have confirmed that no on-campus housing will be available.
