1. Once you have connected to a WebEx meeting, you’ll need to enable your webcam and configure your audio. To enable your webcam click the green “Start My Video” button if it appears on your screen.

2. If you do not see a dropdown box with the “Start My Video” button, instead click the camera icon that is next to your name to enable your webcam.

3. To setup your audio, choose either the “Call Using Computer” option (if you have a headset/microphone) or “Call Me” option (if you are using a telephone with speakerphone) under the “Connect to Audio” menu.

4. If you’re using the “Call Using Computer” option, you may need to click the “Change settings” link and choose the appropriate speaker and microphone.
