This guide will show, step by step, how to set up a Webex meeting for use with your courses.


Step 1. In your browser, navigate to cwru.webex.com.  

Step 2. In the top right corner, click the “Log In” button, which will take you to the Single Sign-on.  Type in your CWRU login credentials to log in.

Step 3.  On the Webex home screen, click the large green “Start Meeting” button in the middle (at least 5 minutes before the class starts).

Step 4. To allow your students to join a meeting, send them the URL http://cwru.webex.com/meet/CaseID, replacing “CaseID” with your Case network ID.  No sign on is required for them to join, anyone with the link may enter the meeting.
