Acceptance Policy for Advertising 
Camera ready copy preferred. Advertising copy is to be supplied to scale and in one piece. Or publisher will typeset for an additional charge. No bleeds.

All products, services and ad copy must be approved by publisher before insertion. Notice of cancellation must be received by closing date. Only cover positions are guaranteed.

Advertising Mechanical Requirements 
All journals are printed offset and perfect bound. Camera-ready copy preferred; typesetting and design services can be provided at cost. All camera-ready copy should be submitted with complete printing instructions. Mechanicals, photostats, veloxes, repro, and right-reading negatives (emulsion side down) are acceptable. Halftones are shot at 133-line screen. Your camera-ready copy will not be returned unless your request is made clearly on your insertion order.
