Imagined Odyssey returns

The Department of Dance will present Mosaics on November 9, 10 and 15, 16, and 17 at 8:00 p.m. and November 11 at 2:30 p.m. at Mather Dance Center. Featured on the program will be the return of Gary Galbraith’s visually stunning dance, Imagined Odyssey, which was created last year in collaboration with Interactive Commons. Imagined Odyssey is a first-of-its-kind choreographic work that utilizes live holographic imagery featuring Microsoft’s HoloLens, an augmented reality holographic technology. During the performances, members of the audience will wear HoloLenses to watch the dancers and holograms move seamlessly on stage as the dance merges and mixes music and choreography with holographic content and particles made entirely of light.

Reservations are highly recommended and should be made by calling 216.368.5246. General admission is $15, senior and staff tickets are $10, and student tickets are $7.
