Faculty who would like to seek funding from foundations should contact Jim Southworth or Sally Garrett-Karyo in the institutional office of Research and Competitive Awards Development.

Jim and Sally are available to assist CAS faculty in securing funding from non-profit sources, including foundations and associations.  They can assist with identifying funding sources, understanding opportunity requirements, and crafting a competitive proposal by addressing the administrative portions of the application, allowing faculty to focus on the scientific/technical portions.

Jim and Sally have been reaching out to CAS faculty via email and they are each cultivating opportunities for different CAS departments.
