Amanda Ross will move to her new position in the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center on March 2, 2020. At this time, the departmental websites at artsci.case.edu/funding all have updated lists of relevant funding opportunities for CAS faculty and pivot is a valuable self-service resource.
Faculty requiring hands-on assistance in Research Development during this transition should contact Jim Southworth or Sally Garrett-Karyo in the institutional office of Research and Competitive Awards Development. Jim and Sally are available to assist CAS faculty in securing funding from non-profit sources, including foundations and associations. They can assist with identifying funding sources, understanding opportunity requirements, and crafting a competitive proposal by addressing the administrative portions of the application, allowing faculty to focus on the scientific/technical portions.
Jim and Sally have been reaching out to CAS faculty via email over the last few months and they are each cultivating opportunities for different CAS departments.
