Max Kampelman Fellowship Program\u00a0<\/a>
\nFellows work directly with Congressional offices, executive branch officials, and foreign diplomats on foreign policy issues. Fellowships are offered in communications and policy. Spring applications are due November 1, 2020.<\/p>\n

Fund for Peace Internships<\/a>
\nGain practical experience in the international relations field and exposure to international and NGO communities.\u00a0 Internships are offered each semester. Spring applications are due November 15, 2020.<\/p>\n

American Foreign Policy Council\u00a0<\/a>
\nThe AFPC internship is an unpaid research opportunity where students will interact closely with foreign policy professionals and assist in the publication of articles. Spring applications are due November 15, 2020.<\/p>\n

International Economic Development Council\u00a0<\/a>
\nIntern with the IEDC in the areas of economic development, public policy, member services, and communications and marketing. Spring applications are due November 15, 2020.<\/p>\n

Brookings Institution Internships\u00a0<\/a>
\nUndergraduates and recent graduates conduct research with Brookings\u2019s staff in the areas of international development and foreign policy, among others. Spring applications are due November 22, 2020.<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s Foreign Policy Group<\/a>
\nStudent interns are introduced to various aspects of foreign policy in Washington D.C. A stipend is provided at the end of the internship period. Spring applications are due November 25, 2020.<\/p>\n

Library of Congress Junior Fellows Summer Internship Program\u00a0<\/a>
\nIn this paid internship undergraduates assist with analog and digital collections, including foreign materials. Spring applications open and close in November.<\/p>\n

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Internships\u00a0<\/a>
\nUndergraduates and recent graduates gain experience with national policy development and implementation, some of which is international focused, in this internship program. Spring applications are due November 27, 2020.<\/p>\n

Environmental Internships<\/a>
\nThe Environmental Law & Policy Center offers several, unpaid policy and science internships for undergraduates each season. Spring applications are due November 30.<\/p>\n

USAID Legislative and Public Affairs Internship<\/a>
\nInterns are involved in the liaison process between USAID and the media, Congress, and other entities. Applications for the summer term open on November 1, 2020. The deadline to apply is December 15, 2020.<\/p>\n

Foundation for the Defense of Democracies<\/a>
\nThe FDD offers a variety of unpaid internships to undergraduates. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n

U.S Department of State Recent Graduates Program<\/a>
\nRecent graduates have the opportunity to work at the State Department, with the potential to be hired permanently afterwards. Check\u00a0www.usajobs.gov<\/a>\u00a0for job postings.<\/p>\n

U.S. Department of State Language Programs<\/a>
\nTake the new study abroad quiz on the U.S. Department of State website to explore language programs, fellowships, and scholarships.<\/p>\n

USAID Bureau for Africa Summer Internship<\/a>
\nThe Bureau for Africa internships focus on improving health services, supporting businesses, and strengthening communities in Africa. The deadline to apply for summer is December 15, 2020.<\/p>\n

Congress-Bundestag Young Professionals Exchange<\/a>
\nSpend one year in Germany studying, interning, and living with a host family on this funded fellowship. Application deadline November 7, 2020.<\/p>\n

La Strada<\/a>
\nOnline screening begins October 30, Cinematheque<\/em>
\nThis Oscar award-winning Federico Fellini film explores the relationship between a circus strongman and his assistant during their travels through rural Italy. Screening fees are $12.<\/p>\n

Latin America<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Center for Democracy in the Americas Internship\u00a0<\/a>
