\nRecent graduates have the opportunity to work at the State Department, with the potential to be hired permanently afterwards. Check\u00a0www.usajobs.gov<\/a>\u00a0for job postings.<\/p>\n

Foundation for the Defense of Democracies<\/a>
\nThe FDD offers a variety of unpaid internships to undergraduate students. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n

HACU National Internship Program<\/a>
\nThe Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities coordinates a variety of internships with federal agencies. Early deadline for\u00a0summer 2021 internships is October 29, 2021.<\/p>\n

Max Kampelman Fellowship Program\u00a0<\/a>
\nFellows work directly with Congressional offices, executive branch officials, and foreign diplomats on foreign policy issues. Applications for spring 2022 are due November 5, 2021.<\/p>\n

American Foreign Policy Council\u00a0<\/a>
\nThe AFPC internship is an unpaid research opportunity where students will interact closely with foreign policy professionals and assist in the publication of articles. Spring applications are due November 5, 2021.<\/p>\n

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Internships\u00a0<\/a>
\nUndergraduates and recent graduates gain experience with national policy development and implementation, some of which is international focused, in this internship program. Spring applications are due November 8, 2021.<\/p>\n

Fund for Peace Internships\u00a0<\/a>
\nFFP offers internships in international relations each semester. Applications are due November 15, 2021.<\/p>\n

Environmental Internships<\/a>
\nThe Environmental Law & Policy Center offers several, unpaid internships for undergraduates each season. Some spring applications are due as early as November 15.<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s Foreign Policy Group<\/a>
\nStudent interns are introduced to various aspects of foreign policy in Washington D.C. A stipend is provided at the end of the internship period. Spring applications are due November 28, 2021.<\/p>\n

Projects for Peace<\/a>
\nPropose a project to promote peace, broadly defined, anywhere in the world. Multiple International Studies majors have won this grant. It can be used as the INTL practicum. Intent to apply deadline is December 1, 2021.<\/p>\n

International Affairs Forum Writing Competition<\/a>
\nUniversity students may submit an editorial addressing climate or energy. Winning pieces will be published in International Affairs Forum. Deadline is January 9, 2022.<\/p>\n

Stories of Survival<\/a>
\nOctober 27, 2021 \u2013 February 27, 2022, Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage<\/em>
\nThis landmark exhibit will showcase never-before-seen personal items brought to America by survivors of the Holocaust. Tickets are only $5 the opening week of the exhibit.<\/p>\n
