Shofar ranges far and wide thematically in a multi-disciplinary world that spans four thousand years. It publishes scholarly articles, opinion pieces, readers’ forums, pedagogical essays, and book reviews. Articles are peer reviewed for scholarly rigor but at the same time are written with a minimum of professional jargon and are accessible to a diverse and general readership.<\/p>\n
Frequent special thematic issues are also published under guest editorships.
