I did not receive my test/exam invitation by e-mail. What should I do?
Your e-mail address may have been incorrectly entered when you registered or the same e-mail address was used for two different registrations. Send a message to fabienne.haymore@case.edu stating the day and place of the session, your first name, last name, date of birth and postal address. A new test/exam notification will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Will I receive a test/exam invitation by mail?
Test/exam invitations are not sent by mail.

I have not received my test/exam invitation by e-mail. What should I do?

You should have already received your test/exam invitation by e-mail. If you have not received your test/exam invitation by e-mail, send a message to fabienne.haymore@case.edu stating the day and place of the session, your first name, last name, date of birth and postal address. A new invitation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. The test/exam invitation sent via e-mail shall be presented to the IFSPEC on the day of the test/exam session.

When will I receive my certificate of results?
Your certificate of result for the TEF will be sent to the mailing address you provided on the Registration Form within approximately 1 month following the test date.

Your scores on the DFP exams will be sent to you via email by your exam center. Your Diploma of French for Professions (DFP) will be sent to you electronically within approximately 1 month following the test date.

Why have I not received my certificate of results?
