Thank You For Considering A 2024 Year End Donation to the College of Arts and Sciences

Case Western Reserve University will be closed for Winter Break from Monday, December 23, 2024- Thursday, January 2, 2025. 2024 Gifts to the College of Arts and Sciences must be made online or postmarked by December 31, 2024.

The University resumes operations on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

The Development and External Relations team will be available to assist you with your year end giving questions. Many common requests and/or questions are addressed below:

  • ONLINE GIFTS
  • TRANSFER OF STOCKS, BONDS, and MUTUAL FUNDS
    • Please download and refer to this form for CWRU-Gift-Transfer-Instructions. Please email stockgifts@case.edu noting name of stock, gift designation, your broker’s name/firm, and your name. The Office of Advancement Services will issue all transfer instructions. For questions on outright transfers of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, please contact The Office of Advancement Services 216-368-8552 or stockgifts@case.edu. 
  • WIRE TRANSFERS
    • Please contact uris-gift@case.edu with the donor name, gift purpose/allocation and wire amount.
    • Please use the attached form with the pertinent information necessary for the wire transfer.
  • GIFTS OF CASH OR CHECKS
    • Checks may be made out to Case Western Reserve University OR CWRU. In the memo line, please note the designation for your gift:  e.g  Scholarship, Department Name, Special Program, Dean’s Fund, etc. You may also use print our contribution form to include details regarding your gift. Checks must be postmarked by December 31, 2023.
