The Aileen and Julian Kassen Endowment Fund was established on August 16, 2016. The fund was made possible due to the generosity of Aileen Kassen, GRS ’51, ’64 and her husband Julian Kassen. Aileen earned her Masters and Doctorate of Education from Case Western Reserve University.

This fund supports an annual lecture series in the Department of Anthropology, which must feature a woman prominent in social, cultural or medical anthropology, and/or related fields.
