Established on July 12th, 2016 by an anonymous donor, the Alexander P. Lamis Memorial Endowed Professorship in American Politics was created to honor the legacy of the late Alexander P. Lamis, who was an Associate Professor of Political Science at Case Westerm Reserve University. 

The endowed fund provides support for a professorship in the Department of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences.
