Applications for the International Studies Honor Society, Sigma Iota Rho, are now open! All upper-class students are eligible to apply. Eligible sophomores may apply for adjunct membership. Apply by this Friday, December 4, at 11:59 p.m.

Citizens’ Climate Lobby
Spring and Summer 2020 internships, including in international outreach, are available in different U.S. cities or remotely. Spring 2020 applications are due December 31, 2020.

Sigma Iota Rho Call for Papers
SIR’s Journal of International Relations is accepting article submissions for its spring 2021 journal.  Seniors, consider submitting your capstone paper. The deadline is Friday, January 31, 2021.

U.S. Treasury Fellowship Program
Graduating seniors may apply to be a Junior Fellow for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Several fellowship programs have a foreign focus. There is no specific application deadline.

Center for Strategic and International Studies
CSIS is offering several remote internship positions focused on different countries and topics. International Studies alumni interned here as majors. Applications are being accepted until positions are filled.

Best Practices in Applying to Graduate School

Online screening begins December 4, Cinematheque
Witness the 76-day lockdown of Wuhan, China, and the heroic work of hospital workers in the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak. Online screening fees are $12.

Europe
European Parliament Liaison Office DC Internships
Recent graduates may apply for a full-time, paid internship at the EPLO in DC. Interns monitor transnational politics and participate in events with European executive agencies and NGOs in DC. Applications for internships beginning in March 2021 are due December 29, 2020.

Global Youth Connect Programs
GYC is currently accepting applications for programs on human rights and international justice in the Netherlands. Dates to be announced.
