International Studies Capstone Presentations

En Voz Alta
Students identifying as Hispanic/Latinx are eligible for this international security and diplomacy mentoring program. Applications for the 2022 cohort are due in November.

Environmental Internships
The Environmental Law & Policy Center offers several, unpaid internships each season. Some spring applications are due as early as November 15.

Varieties of Democracy Internship
V-Dem is seeking four interns interested in democracy research. The internship is in Sweden for ten weeks spring semester. Applications are due November 24, 2021.

Women’s Foreign Policy Group
Student interns are introduced to various aspects of foreign policy in Washington D.C.  A stipend is provided at the end of the internship period. Spring applications are due November 28, 2021.

Library of Congress Internship Program 
In this paid internship undergraduates assist with analog and digital collections, including foreign materials. Summer internship applications are due November 29.

International Affairs Forum Writing Competition
University students may submit an editorial addressing climate or energy. Winning pieces will be published in International Affairs Forum. Deadline is January 9, 2022.
