International Affairs Summer Institute
To be completed the summer before you’re senior year, this 7-week summer program helps to prepare students for a Masters’ or joint degree. Summer 2019 applications are due November 1.

Critical Language Scholarship Program
This is an intensive language and cultural immersion program that allows students to pick one of 15 languages to study overseas. Applications are due November 27.

Samuel Huntington Public Service Award
Graduating college seniors can apply for a $15,000 stipend to pursue a year of public service anywhere in the world. Application is due January 18, 2019.

Dutch-American and Transatlantic Relations

Author Yossi Klein Halevi will discuss his ideas about how to solve the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians.

The Arab-Israeli Conflict

Professor Emeritus of University of Notre Dame Alan Dowty will examine the history of conflict between Israelis and Palestinians and the chances of reaching a two-state settlement. Nonmember cost is $15.
