National Security Archive
The National Security Archive offers international relations internships. Fall 2019 applications are due by the end of July 2019.
Max Kampelman Fellowships
The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe seeks recent undergraduates, graduate students, and undergraduate students as interns. Applications for fall 2019 fellowships are due July 15, 2019.
Stimson Internship Program
This program offers international peace and security internships throughout the year. Fall 2019 applications should be submitted early July 2019.
American Foreign Policy Council
The Council offers unpaid internships year round. Fall 2019 applications are due July 1, 2019.
House of Representatives Ways & Means Committee Internship
Internships are available fall, spring and summer semesters and can include work on foreign issues, such as international trade agreements. Fall 2019 applications are due June 15, 2019.
Progressive Policy Institute Internships
PPI offers internships, some of which have an international focus, in the spring, summer and winter in Washington D.C.
American Enterprise Institute Internship
AEI offers internships, some of which have an international focus, in the fall, spring, and summer to undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
