Boren Awards for International Study
Students interested in applying must be nominated by the university. Meet with Dean Amanda McCarthy by October 1 to review the application requirements.

Harry S.  Truman Scholarship
CWRU can nominate up to four candidates each year for this scholarship for those interested in public service, including international. There is an on-campus preliminary screening. Interested candidates should meet with Dean Amanda McCarthy by October 1 and then complete the Truman Scholarship Preliminary Application‌‌ by the campus deadline of November 15.

Harvard Public Policy and Leadership Conference
February 6-9, 2020, Harvard Kennedy School
First- and second-year undergraduate students interested in careers in public policy and a desire to lead international institutions, among other organizations, are eligible to apply to attend.

PiAf introduces fellows to the field of development on the African continent. 2020-2021 applications are due on October 30, 2019.

PiA expects to offer fellowships in the following locations: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong S.A.R., Macau S.A.R., Taiwan, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. 2020-2021 applications are due on October 31, 2019.
