Advice for a Career in Global Health:

“Participate in extracurriculars at CWRU! I learned so much from fellow classmates by joining different organizations, which helped shape how I approach my work. Understanding a problem from different perspectives is critical to succeeding in the work environment. Additionally, try to take courses that are outside your ‘primary’ area of study. While some of the focus I had on Latin America in school helps me in my day-to-day, taking classes that focused on public health in Europe and Asia have helped me make informed decisions when designing telehealth solutions for international partners.”
