International Studies majors have assisted with CoronaNet, a global research collaboration to collect and share data about government COVID-19 mitigation measures.  Working remotely, majors find and analyze public health orders and media reports for particular countries and code this information for the CoronaNet database.  Nathan Ruhde ’22 is Co-Regional Manager for South America and has also collected data for Honduras and Qatar.  Thendral Veerasekar ’24 codes for Peru, and Joana Kyle ’22 is new to the CoronaNet team.  Kimberly Osbern ’21 coded for France and the U.S. previously.
