Effects of Russia’s War in Ukraine:  A Firsthand Account from Europe
Thursday, April 7, 3-4 pm, online 
International Studies alumna Kimberly Osbern ’21 will share her eyewitness account of the effects of Russia’s war in Ukraine on neighboring Moldova and Romania.  She will also be happy to share her Fulbright research and application experiences.

Council on Foreign Relations Internships 
Paid, remote summer internships with foreign policy experts are available. Application deadlines vary.

U.S. Department of State Paid Internship
Help formulate and implement U.S. foreign policy. The application closes April 12.

International Security Positions 
Deadlines for international security positions beginning summer 2022 can be as early as this spring due to security clearance requirements. If you are interested in such positions, begin to monitor usajobs.gov and U.S. federal agency web sites regularly now.

Governance and Local Development Internship
Work with a research team on questions of human welfare globally. Applications are due April 10.

APSIA Internships 
The Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs is seeking summer interns in international communication and marketing. Summer application deadline is April 16.

Summer Funding
Apply for the Humanities@Work Summer StipendsFeldman Grants, and Cramer Fellowships. Due April 22.

Wright-Plaisance Fellowship for Study Abroad 
A fellowship for pursuing post-baccalaureate study at a university in Europe or South America. Applications are due April 29.

Rocks Funds
This grant funds summer experiences, including INTL 399 practicums. International Studies majors are eligible. Applications are due April 29.

Ally Financial Public Policy Scholars Program
African-American and Black sophomores and juniors pursuing a degree related to public policy are eligible for this scholarship.

Oxford COVID-19 Government Response Tracker
Oxford is currently recruiting volunteers for their international data collection team.

International Center for Journalists Internship
