Zoom provides a breakout room function to facilitate small group discussions. 

1. First, start your class session Zoom meeting.
2. Once all the students are present in the meeting, click the “Breakout Rooms” button on the right side of the lower menu bar
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to place participants automatically or manually into breakout rooms
